THEY say cats do little but nap most of the day, but this feline fills its time assisting at a local supermarket.
Shoppers to Lidl in Somerford Road, Christchurch are greeted by the black and white cat when they collect their trolleys.
The moggy even wears a collar with a tag which reads ‘I love Lidl’ on one side and its home address on the other.
Elaine Warr is just one customer who has noticed the friendly feline when shopping at the store.
“The cat is very friendly and placid,” she said.
“I have seen it on several occasions and it always moves over for customers to remove a trolley.
“The owner must see the funny side of it to get a disc engraved,” she added.
