A TEENAGER who died after an altercation outside Tesco Express in Winton suffered brain injuries and a cardiac arrest, an inquest heard.
Alcohol was also a contributory factor in the death of 17-year-old Jack Gudge, a Bournemouth inquest was told.
Dorset coroner Sheriff Payne heard that Jack, of Pilot Hight Road, Bournemouth, was in cardiac arrest when he arrived at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital just before 2am on Saturday July 16.
His body was formally identified by his mum, Joleen, the following day.
The alleged incident took place outside Tesco Express in Wimborne Road where police and paramedics found Jack lying unconscious on the ground.
At the time three men, aged 27, 24, and 23, and a 15-year-old boy, all from Bournemouth, were arrested on suspicion of murder but were later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
However no further action will now be taken against three of them and a 24-year-old man remains on police bail, pending further inquiries.
