THE emergency services dealt with a car fire following a crash between two vehicles near Three Legged Cross.
It was called into Dorset Police at 8.17am with reports of the incident on Horton Road, which was blocked between Mannington and Horton.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the flames on the car, which is believed to be a silver Vauxhall Signum registered to a man from Wimborne.
The other car involved was a black Renault Megane, registered to a man from Bournemouth.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service confirmed that staff were called to attend the scene, but did not need to take anybody to hospital for treatment.
