GHOST hunters are being offered a rare chance to explore the spooky surroundings of Bovington Tank Museum.
Professional researchers and psychics will lead intrepid investigators around the museum in search of paranormal activity.
Visitors have often reported strange distortions or streaks on photographs they have taken at the museum.
One of the most famous legends is that of Herman The German - a ghoulish figure who has been spotted in a German officer's uniform peering into a World War Two Tiger tank.
Museum spokesman Nik Wyness said: "Over the years, stories have circulated of unusual goings-on inside the museum with sightings of ghostly figures, mysterious footsteps, and tales of staff reporting an uncomfortable feeling of being watched."
The ghost hunt, run by Haunting Experiences, takes place on Saturday, March 10 and costs £55 a head, including a meal.
