Make a child's Christmas - donate to the Echo's Toy Appeal
TODAY we launch our annual Daily Echo Christmas Toy Appeal.
But this year it won’t be quite the same, after the passing of the hard-working Phil Carey, who organised the appeal for many years.
His legacy will live on, as we once again work with the Amelia-Grace Rainbow Fund to make sure that no child goes without a present under the Christmas tree this year.
So please, when you’re buying your gifts, please think of less-fortunate children and donate something, however small, to put a smile on their faces on Christmas morning.
