A GARAGE customer has won back the cost of his service after filling out a questionnaire.
Alan Gardner gave some responses after having work done at Twynham Motor Services in Christchurch, which is part of the industry's Good Garage Scheme.
Jackie Pearce, garage manager, said: “I give our customers a feedback form and if the customer puts a comment on it they get entered into a draw to win back the cost of their service, up to £200, and that’s what Mr Gardner did.
“The Good Garage Scheme is massive now. We were in it when it first started and it gives you a little bit more confidence that you’re going to get a good service. We’ve had more than 700 ‘feedbacks’ from our customers.”
