BY the law of averages, it won’t be long till you’ve dined at a restaurant owned by Andy Price. The Bournemouth restaurateur has put the area on the foodie map with his innovative venues and cuisine.

WestBeach, the fish restaurant near Bournemouth Pier opened 13 years ago and was joined in 2006 by Aruba restaurant and bar at Pier Approach. The following year saw the Print Room on Richmond Hill.

One of his most popular restaurants, Aruba, has recently reopened with a brand new look after a rapid makeover. The transformation took barely 100 hours, closing on a Sunday night and reopening in time for early evening diners on the Friday evening.

The new look is perfectly timed for Valentine’s Day when romantic couples can indulge in a glass of rose prosecco on arrival, three course meal and chococo chocolate, all for £29.95 per diner.

One regular is particularly pleased with the new surroundings, Aruba’s resident talking parrot Lady.
