For those of you who tried last month’s resistance tube workout; how did you get on? Hopefully you mastered each exercise and are feeling stronger, firmer and ready for more.

Today we are going to up the ante and make things a little more challenging. This session only features a few dynamic movements that will burn off calories as well as strengthening and toning your muscles. If you want to add in some of your favourite exercise from the other workouts then go for it just be careful not to overdo it.

Before attempting any of the exercises shown, check with your G.P if you doubt your suitability to safely participate, and be reminded that you participate entirely at your own risk.

To tone up try 14 to 25 repetitions for one to three sets under control with 30 seconds break between sets. For strength try one to four sets of between 6 and 12 repetitions, going super slowly works your muscles harder, rest for no more than 90 seconds between sets. Start now and get results soon!
