ELIZA Doolittle is known for producing cute quirky tunes, but in the last few years she's had her heart broken and grown up.
As a result, her second album is rather less happy-go-lucky than her self-titled debut.
Tracks No Man Can and Don't Call It Love certainly seem to have a more serious subject matter than previous hits Skinny Genes and Pack Up.
However, some of the 25-year-old's usual cheer can still be found in the annoyingly catchy hit Big When I Was Little, and in other feel-good tunes, Checkmate and Back Packing.
Doolittle is an undeniably talented singer and this album full of inoffensive pop may fill the vacuum left by Lily Allen for a while.
