THE raucous sound of the The Churchfitters rounds off a lively few days at Poole’s Lighthouse on Monday. Their fast-paced show combines fresh songwriting with rearranged traditional songs and tunes from the British Isles.
On Saturday, the Martin Litton Trio present 1930s Radio Jazz, a journey through Satchmo’s early repertoire, Jelly Roll Morton's creative composition and the days when Bing Crosby was King of the Crooners, while the Newgarth Light Orchestra promise an evening of musical memories featuring show music and Viennese waltzes.
