FRIDAY

*EXPERIENCE the universal music of Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra as ELO Again returns to Weymouth Pavilion this evening. Now in its eighth year, the tribute show recreates an authentic ELO concert, featuring all the greatest hits from Mr Blue Sky and Shine a Little Love to Last Train to London and Roll Over Beethoven. *ENJOY a concert from the UK's leading performers of choro, a genre of instrumental music with melodies and rhythms from Rio de Janeiro. Alvorada will perform original compositions and much-loved classics at the Malthouse Meadows in Portesham, Weymouth, at 7.30pm tonight, in partnership with Artsreach. Since forming in 2016, this tight-knit quintet has performed at festivals and venues across the UK and beyond, and has also appeared on BBC Radio 3 and JazzFM. *FOLLOWING on from the success of Gloriator and Glorilla, the award-winning Spitz & Co are proud to present the third and final show of the trilogy, Les Gloriables. Inspired by Les Miserables, the play follows legendary French actress Gloria Delaneuf who is determined to create a piece of theatre with the power to reunite Europe. Performed at Buckland Newton Village Hall, near Dorchester, tonight at 7.30pm, tickets for Les Gloriables are £9 for adults, £6 for children or £25 for a family of four. SATURDAY

*PICK up some goodies at The Friends of Radipole Park's annual table top sale, taking place tomorrow from 10am to 12pm. Held at the Radipole United Reformed Church Hall, a range of stalls will be selling a plethora of gifts and goods, with refreshments available. Proceeds raised will go towards funding the park's new sensory garden, plans of which will be on display at the sale. Entry is free.

*HEAD to Cerne Abbas Hall tomorrow at 2.30pm to catch a production of The Little Prince, performed by Protein Dance. The show, complete with dance, theatre, humour and spoken word, follows the prince as he leaves his asteroid and journeys through the universe, coming face to face with the baffling world of grown ups. Suitable for audiences aged five and above, tickets are £6 for adults, £5 for children or £20 for a family of four, available from the Artsreach website or box office.

*SEE all ten seasons of the world's beloved sitcom condensed into just one hour with a performance of FRIEND (The One With Gunther) tomorrow night at Dorchester Corn Exchange. The one-man show, performed by comic Brendan Murphy, offers a new perspective on the classic comedy through the eyes of Central Perk's chief barista. Starting at 8pm, tickets are £14, available from the Corn Exchange or from Dorchester Arts.

*BE transported through the decades with The Story of Guitar Heroes, a musical show taking place at Weymouth Pavilion tomorrow from 7.30pm. Presented by guitar virtuoso Phil Walker and his talented band, the production will feature the music of the world's greatest guitarists, from Chuck Berry and Hank Marvin to Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Brian May. SUNDAY

*SOAK up the sounds of roots, folk and pop in a performance by Stephen Fearing on Sunday at 7pm.
