Inside the farmhouse has an entrance hall, large sitting/dining room, kitchen, a walk-in pantry fitted with marble shelves and a utility room. There are also two sets of double doors allow access to the garden and ‘spectacular views’ over the surrounding Dorset countryside.

Moving upstairs are the property’s three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the family bedroom has a bathroom.

The site also contains a log cabin annexe, which features a large decking area to the side. Inside the annexe are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a bathroom, living room and a kitchen.

There is also consent from Dorset Council to convert two existing farm buildings into two detached contemporary dwellings.

Symonds and Sampson say the proposed buildings will occupy an elevated position with ‘wonderful views over the rolling countryside.’ The converted single storey dwellings would retain the frame of the original steel structure and will ‘offer a light, spacious interior’ with cedar cladding on the outside.

The property will be featured in an auction on Friday, July 23. Viewings can be booked through the auctioneers ahead of the auction.
