How to pay your bill

Pay your bill using one of the methods below:


Direct Debit

The cheapest and easiest way to pay is by direct debit. Every month you will receive a statement telling you how much and when the payment will be taken. All you need to do is complete the direct debit instruction form and we will arrange everything else. To access the form click here.

By choosing to pay by direct debit you could be saving up to £40 per year!



Pay By Invoice


Each month we will send you an invoice due for payment, you can pay this in the following ways:

By credit/debit card over the phone:
Call our freephone number 0800 731 4900 and we will process your payment, please have your Home Delivery account number ready when you call.

By post (Freepost – no stamp required)
Make cheques payable to Newsquest Hampshire & Dorset and send to:

In person
Call into one of our local offices to make a payment over the counter.
