THE countdown has begun to Dorset’s biggest business event of the year.

The Dorset Business Awards will reveal the worthy winners in a glittering gala awards ceremony on Thursday. (November 24)

Taking place at the Bournemouth International Centre, actress and comedienne Debra Stephenson will host the ice kingdom-themed awards ceremony with entertainment from professional musical director, singer and multi-instrumentalist, James Stead. James has performed on BBC, ITV, Goodwood Revival and had musical residencies in London and Italy.

Organised by the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the awards evening will commence with a drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner and a private after-party at 1812 Bar & Restaurant.

Stuart Dixon, head of events and marketing at DCCI said: “The Dorset Business Awards are a fantastic opportunity for business leaders from all across the county to gather together and celebrate the achievements that are abundant within our region. We are particularly looking forward to honouring the accomplishments of the 11 winners who will be announced on the night and would like to wish the best of luck to all of our finalists.”

The awards are held in association with the Daily Echo and Dorset Echo. Book tickets at dorsetbusinessawards.co.uk
