Notice of Public Path Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sections 257 & 261 And Paragraph 1 Of Schedule 14 Essex County Council Temporary Stopping Up, Diversion and Creation Of New Paths To Allow Mineral Extraction Order 2019 Bridleway 1 & 40 Kelvedon/81 Coggeshall/70 Bradwell Bridleway 24 Bradwell And Footpaths 53, 55 & 68 Bradwell In the District Of Braintree

The above Order was made on 03 May 2019. The effect of the order as shown on the order map will be to temporarily:

a) stop up Bridleway 24 commencing at its junction with Cuthedge Lane east of Herons Farm (CO6 1PA) proceeding south westerly then south terminating



at a point approximately 128 metres south east of Herons Farm.

b) top up a part length of Footpath 68 commencing at its junction with Cuthedge Lane east of Deeks Cottage (CO6 1PA) proceeding south westerly at the field edge on the western side of the boundary for approximately 167 metres to its junction with Footpath 53, continuing south westerly for approximately 45 metres where in connects with the unaffected part of Footpath 68.



c) divert a section of Bridleway commencing from a point approximately 70 metres westerly of its junction with Footpath 7 Kelvedon at the western end of Pantlings Lane (CO5 9DF), proceeding westerly, northerly then westerly across the disused airfield to the field edge where it continues north easterly on the eastern side



of the boundary adjacent to Footpath 68 to the junction with Cuthedge Lane east of Deeks Cottage, and create an alternative bridleway commencing at the aforementioned point at the western end of Pantlings Lane, proceeding across the ditch heading easterly at the field edge to the corner, continuing north easterly at the field edge then north westerly adjacent to Cuthedge Lane to the aforementioned junction at Cuthedge Lane east of Deeks Cottage.

d) divert a part length of Footpath 53 commencing at its junction with Bridleway 70 south easterly of Deeks Cottage (grid ref: 58292,22106) proceeding north westerly along the track for approximately 236 metres then heading northerly, westerly and northerly to its junction with Cuthedge Lane east of Herons Farm, and create an alternative footpath commencing from the junction of the diverted bridleway and Cuthedge Lane east of Deeks Cottage (CO6 1PA), proceeding north westerly for approximately 503 metres at the field edge adjacent to Cuthedge Lane passing to the south of Deeks Cottage to the western corner of the small copse at the junction with Cuthedge Lane east of Herons Farm.



e) divert a part length of Footpath 55 commencing at its junction with Footpath 53 south westerly of Deeks Cottage (grid ref: 58269,22112), proceeding westerly then north westerly for approximately 487 metres to its junction with Footpath 71 at the hedge corner, and create an alternative footpath commencing at the junction with Footpath 68 (grid ref: 58289,22102), proceeding westerly between the fencing, across the haul road continuing north westerly at the field edge to the junction of Footpath 71 south west of Herons Farm.



f) create a new replacement footpath commencing from the junction of the diverted path at the edge of the small copse east of Herons Farm (grid ref: 58258,22138), proceeding south westerly then north westerly at the field edge to the junction with the unaffected part of Footpath 55 west of Herons Farm.



g) create a new replacement footpath commencing from the junction with Footpath 7 Kelvedon just south of the western end of Pantlings Lane (CO5 9DF), proceeding westerly at the foot of the earth bund for approximately 462 metres then heading northerly to connect to the unaffected part of Footpath 8 Kelvedon north east of Woodhouse Farm Cottage.



A copy of the order and order map may be seen free of charge at Braintree District Council Offices, Causeway House, Braintree CM7 9HB and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent in writing to Andrew Ritchings, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH no later than

13 June 2019 and should state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Footpath 53, Silver End) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 53, Silver End in the District of Braintree, at its junction with Western Road opposite property No.37 Western Road.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 28 May 2019 for 7 days or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electrical works are undertaken by UKPN.

The Order will come into effect on 28 May 2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16 May 2019

(Link Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Link Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1W00HTFLVRLPCV-ES - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken

by BT.

An alternative route is available via Ulting Road, The Green, Maldon Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 95m north west of its junction with St. Mary's Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th May 2019 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034815316 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electricity supply works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Witham Road, Church Road, Cressing Road, Rickstones Road, Temple Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 16th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
