LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We ALL HAIL ALE LIMITED
Of 18, PEMBROKE ROAD, POOLE BH12 2HS
apply for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the
premises known as ALL HAIL ALE at 10 QUEENS
ROAD, BOURNEM01UTH BH2 6BE
HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT We have applied
to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council
Licensing Authority on 2nd day of May 2019 for a
variation to a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003.
The following licensable activities will be provided
during the following times and starting from the 1 st
day of June 2019
Activities subject to variation are
The supply of alcohol to 23:30 each day.
The supply of alcohol on New Year's Eve into New
Year's Day until 00:30 hours.
To amend the opening hours to midnight each day and
01:00 hours on New Year's Eve into New Year's Day.
To permit the playing of recorded music on New
Year's Eve until 00:30 hours on New Year's Day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth
Christchurch Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe,
St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or

Representations must be received no later than
30th / 05 /2019

. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction may be subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale.)
