(TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NOS. 99-102 AND 104-112) ORDER 2019
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
St James Close
Provide a Residential Disabled Bay within the existing parking area in front of St James Church
Extend the existing 30 Minute limit to 60 Minute Limited Wait, no return within I hour, Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm on the northern side from the boundary of Nos. 110/112 to Nos. 42/44 Ashley Road.
Removal of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 42 Salterns Road
102 Banks Road
Impose a No Loading or Unloading at Any Time restriction on the eastern side of the road from a point 187 metres north-east of its junction with Sandbanks Car Park to its junction with Shore Road
Removal of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside Nos. 6 and 8 Highwood Road
Removal of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 8 Phyldon Road
Removal of a Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside Nos. I & 2 and 3 & 4 Phyldon Close
Removal of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside Nos. 8 & 10. Impose Limited Waiting, 2hours, 8am-6pm, except Zone A Permit Holders. 6pm-8am Zone A Permit Holders Only.
Removal of three Residential Disabled Parking Bays outside Nos. 52-58, No. 78 (one bay only) and Nos. 100-106.
Provide a Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 43 Gwynne Road
Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on both sides of the road from West Quay Road for a distance of 15 metres
West Quay Road
Impose No Loading and Unloading at Any Time on both sides of West Quay Road for its entire length
Removal of the existing Taxi Bay and impose No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions. Impose No Stopping except for Taxis.
