MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF RIGHTS OF WAY PARKSTONE, BRANKSOME AND ALDERNEY DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2018
The above order, made on 21 st June 2018, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the areas affected by the Order entitled "Parkstone, Branksome and Alderney Definitive Map Modification Order" by the addition of footpaths and bridleways in the areas contained within this title.
Copies of the Order and the Order maps may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way Section, Civic Centre, Poole, BHI5 2RU during business hours, or alternatively on the Borough of Poole website, or otherwise contact rightsofway@poole.gov.uk for details. Copies of the Order and the maps may be bought there at a price of £5 per Order. Any representation or objection relating to this Order must be sent to Rights of Way, Civic Centre, Poole, BHI5 2RU or to rightsofway@poole.gov.uk no later than 15th November 2018, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Any correspondence received will be made available for public inspection. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, Borough of Poole, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with them.
