NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21
18/00485/PPM - Planning permission in principle for proposed Mixed Use
Development comprising residential development, education, business, industry, storage and distribution, innovation hub (including class 2,3,4,5 and 6), employment uses, community facilities, residential neighbourhood centre (including class 1,2,3 and 10), playing fields, changing facilities, public park(s) and associated works - Land At Old Craighall Village, Musselburgh, East Lothian.
The proposed development detailed above is subject to environmental impact assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report has been submitted to East Lothian Council by HolderPlanning on behalf of Persimmon Homes East Scotland. This relates to planning application 18/00485/PPM, seeking planning permission in principle for the proposed works detailed above.
