Take notice that application is being made by: Hall Family Trust, Mr Hall.
For planning permission to: Rear extension and sub division of plot and conversion of existing flat into a one bedroom flat and a studio flat
Local Planning Authority to whom the applicition is being submitted: Bournemouth Borough Council.
Local Planning Authority address: Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6EA.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days ol the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect
owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some
provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement if agricultural tenants' rights: The grant at planning permisson for
agriculturol development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having freehold interest or a leasehold interest the
unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
Tenent' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any pert of which  is comprised in the land.
