Notice is given that Miss Alice Favre has applied to North Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of

Chettle Stores, Chettle Dorset, DT11 8DB For the sale of alcohol between the hours of 08.30 and 18.00 Monday to Friday and 08.30 to 16.00 on Saturday and Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address, or online at www.dorsetforyou.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
