THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OF TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS)
(AMENDMENT NOS. 29-37) ORDER 2017
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
No Waiting at Any Time means double yellow lines.
Bourne Valley Road
Impose No Waiting, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm restrictions with an exemption for Resident Permit Holders Only between Nos. 32-58 Bourne Valley Road.
Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the north-eastern side of the road between Nos. 5 and 9 Alton Road.
Remove the existing residential disabled parking bay outside No. 10 Warren Road and replace with Waiting Limited to Two Hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm except Permit Holders (resident).
Remove the existing residential disabled parking bay outside Nos. 81-83 Good Road.
Remove the existing residential disabled parking bay| outside Nos. 36-38 Frobisher Avenue.
Provide a residential disabled parking bay outside No. 73 Belben Road.
* Extend the existing limited waiting,
(60 minutes, Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm) across the frontages of Nos. 17 and 19 Victoria Road.
* Extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time across the frontage of No. 69 and also across the access to No. 70 Victoria Road.
Impose No Waiting at Any Time on the southern side of Creech Road for its entire length. Extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions alongside No. 62 Victoria Road by 12 metres.
Revoke the existing 50mph speed limit to a 40mph speed limit 300 metres north of its junction with the Broadstone Way/Holes Bay Roundabout.
Revoke the existing 50mph speed limit to a 40mph speed limit for its entire length.
