THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OF TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS) (AMENDMENT NOS. 25-28) ORDER 2017
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1964 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
No Waiting at Any Time meant double yellow
Lynwood Drive Egdon Drive
Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions from the southern junction with Queen Anne Drive to the common boundaries of Nos. 618 and No*. 779 Lynwood Drive. Impose No Waiting at any Time restrictions on both sides of Egdon Drive at its junction with Lynwood Drive.
26 Hounslow Close
Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the northern side of the road and into the turning head to the common boundary of Nos. 27a-b/2S Hounilow Close.
Longficct Road Fcrniide Road
Provide a shared footway/cycleway on the south east side of Longflect Road from the western boundary of No. 76 (Harbour Lights) to outside No. 39 Fernside Road.
23 Magna Road
*Provide a Zebra Crossing west of its junction with Lea Way (outside the Post Office)
* Revoke the existing SOmph speed limit to a 40mph speed limit. 125 metres east of its junction with Canford Magna for a distance of 900 metres in a southerly direction
* Extend the existing shared footway/cycleway on the southern side from its junction with Wheclen Lane to the borough boundary
