Notice is hereby given that Bracken

Developments Limited has lodged an appeal with the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government against the refusal of

Bournemouth Borough Council to grant planning

permission for "Outline submission for the erection of 16 storey block of student

accommodation with laundry room, bin store and cycle stores, formation of vehicular access

and parking spaces" at land at 37-39 Oxford Road. An Inspector has been appointed by him to hold a Public Inquiry in The Council Chambers at the Town Hall, Bournemouth on 9th May 2017 commencing at 10.00 am. Members of the public may attend the Public Inquiry and, at the

discretion of the Inspector, express their views regarding the proposed development.
