I Mehmet Sahin Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as IFORD STORES At 1223 Christchurch road, Boscombe east, BOURNEMOUTH, BH7 6BW. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 21st of March 2017 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from 19th of April 2017. Activities: Supply of alcohol Hours: From 6.00 To 00.00 Monday to Sunday Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EAor licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be receive no later than 18/04/2017 The Application Record may be reviewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on standard
