Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
An application has been made by Blanc Brasseries Ltd for a new Premises Licence for premises to be known as Brasserie Blanc at the Marriott Hotel, 99-107 St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 5DU. The application has been made to permit the supply of alcohol from 10.00 to 00.00 every day. Late Night Refreshment will also be permitted until 00.30 every day. These facilities will be available 24 hours for hotel residents. The full application setting out full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the licensing authority at Town Hall, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, during normal office hours (ring in advance to check). Further information may be available at www. bournemouth.gov.uk Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations to the Licensing Authority by 10th April 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
