THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (APPLEGARTH CLOSE) ORDER 2016

Notice is hereby given that The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of its powers under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4, 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act of 1984) as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, proposes to make the following Order:

Title:-

The title of the Order, if made, will be the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition of Waiting) (Applegarth Close) Order 2016.

The effect of the Order will be:-

1. To prohibit waiting along the sides of road specified in Schedule 1 below



2. To revoke that part of the Consolidation Order to enable this new restriction to take place.



Objections:

All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the Local Government and Litigation Team by Friday 6th January 2017. Objections may be sent by email to the following address: communityservices@basingstoke.gov.uk. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made.
