NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

IN THE ESTATE OF ALEC HARPER- WRIGHT DECEASED

Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Alec Harper-Wright late of 10 Brownsea View Close Brownsea View Avenue Poole Dorset BH18 8LL who died on the 1st May 2001 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the under named solicitors on or before the 1st October 2011 after which time the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
