Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Sports Forum for the disabled will be held at Hamworthy Labour Club, 73 Lake Rd, Hamworthy, Poole BH15 4LF commencing at 11am on Thursday 22nd September 2011.

The meeting is open to all persons having an interest in the activities of the Sports Forum. Items for inclusion in the agenda and nominations for officer posts must be submitted to the acting secretary Ms R Probert at 906 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth BH11 8NH by 1st September 2011 in accordance with the Constitution of the Charity.
