I Bulent Gundogdu of Pick Up Food Store, 123 Alma Road, Bournemouth BH9 1AE HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on the 11th day of August, 2011 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, for the afore mentioned property. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 9th day of September, 2011. : The daily retail sale of alcohol between 0800 hours and midnight.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing in to:- The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St. Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 8th. September, 2011. The Application Records may be viewed between 0900 hours & 1600 hours Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act, 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
