Accounts and Audit (England) regulations 2011

Notice is Hereby Given that the Audit of the abovementioned Council’s accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 has been completed and there is no reason for a report to be made to the Council under Section 8 of Audit Commission Act 1998.

The statement of accounts is available for inspection by any local government elector for East Dorset at the Council’s Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 4HN, during normal office hours without payment. Any such elector is entitled:
a) To inspect and make copies of any statement of accounts prepared by the Council pursuant to regulations under Section 14 of the above mentioned Act and any report made to the Council by an Auditor, and
b) To require copies of any such statement or report to be delivered to them on payment of a reasonable sum of each copy.
