RE: MARGARET SCHOLES PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27
Persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Margaret Scholes who died on 30th March 2013 are required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interest of the undersigned on or before 1st July 2013 after which the Executors will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled there to having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
