NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 IN THE ESTATE OF MRS EULALIA FERNANDES MIRANDA DECEASED

Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Mrs Eulalia Fernandes Miranda late of 13 St Clements Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4DU who died on the 2 November 2008 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the under named solicitors on or before the 31 January 2014 after which time the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
