Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council ("The Council") has made the above Orders on 1 March 2022. The Orders become operational on 21 March 2022.
The effect of the Orders is outlined in the Schedules to this Notice. The provisions of the Orders may be varied or amended within the regulations governing Experimental Orders. The persons authorised to agree such variations or amendments are: The Chief Constable of the Dorset Police and the Director of Transport and Engineering of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council; or such of their officers as they may authorise. From 11 March 2022 a copy of this Notice, a plan illustrating the proposals, a copy of the Orders and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders may be inspected online at:

The Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the Orders should be continued in force indefinitely. Within a period of six months from the coming into force of the Orders - 21 March 2022 or if the Orders are subsequently varied by other Orders (under Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or modified pursuant to sub-section (2] of Section 10 of the Act], from the coming into operation of those variations or modifications (whichever are the latest], any person may object to the making of an Order for the purposes of such indefinite continuation. Any such objection must be in writing, quoting reference E3 2022 for St Clement's Gardens or E4 2022 for Livingstone Road, must give the grounds on which it is made and must be emailed to:

or sent to: The Traffic Management Team, BCP Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY (Please note that all representations received will be available for public inspection).
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that either is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 1 March 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
