VARIOUS ROADS- FOOTWAY SLURRY SURFACING PROGRAMME TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN:
The following roads are to be closed - no parking, no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any lime will be permitted where indicated. Any vehicles left obstructing the works risk receiving a Fixed Penalty Notice and being removed.
Anticipated Dates Works to be undertaken from 8am to 6pm daily
Frensham Close - road closed/suspension of parking
8 to 11 March 2022 ( 4 days)
Redhill Close - road closed/suspension of parking
10 to 13 March 2022 (4 days)
St Thomas' Close - road closed/suspension of parking
10 to 13 March 2022 (4 days)
Draycott Road - parking suspension
14 to 17 March 2022 (4 days)
Leybourne Ave - parking suspension
17 to 24 March 2022 (8 days)
Kingswell Road - parking suspension
25 to 30 March 2022 (6 days)
Donnington Drive - parking suspension
6 to 8 April 2022 (3 days)
Barnes Road - phased road closure/parking suspension - between the junctions of Western Ave and Howeth Road
7 to 12 April 2022 (6 days)
WHY: Footway slurry surfacing works on behalf of BCP Council
ACCESS: Full Emergency access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety
DIVERSION: Via signed routes where applicable

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to  18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this Traffic Order.
