HIGHWAY RESURFACING WORKS - VARIOUS ROADS TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN:
The following roads are to be closed to all vehicles - and no parking, no waiting and no loading/unloading will be permitted at any time
Anticipated dates
PHASE 1: Ashley Road, Bournemouth, from Christchurch Road Roundabout to the exit junction of Boscombe Bus Station
28th February until 1st March 2022
PHASE 2: Ashley Road, Bournemouth, from Christchurch Road Roundabout to Browning Road, including the junctions of Crabton Close Road and Portman Road
2nd March until 9th March 2022
PHASE 3: Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, from Crabton Close Road to Warwick Road, including the junctions of Wolverton Road, Gloucester Road, Somerset Road and Parkwood Road
10th March until 15th March 2022
PHASE 4: Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, from Parkwood Road to Seabourne Road, including the junctions of Somerset Road, Warwick Road, Queensland Road, Hannington Road, Roseberry Road, Morley Road and Hannington Place
16th March until 21st March 2022
Suspension of one-way traffic order -to allow for two way traffic access
Anticipated dates
Haviland Road, from its junction with Ashley Road to its junction with Portman Road
28th February until 7th March 2022
WHY: Highway resurfacing works, scheduled to be carried out over phased closures
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via signed routes

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
