Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at Wimborne Market & Adjoining Land, Station Terrace, Wimborne, BH21 1QU. Take notice that application is being made by McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd, for planning permission for the "Erection of a continuing care community comprising of apartments, chalet bungalows and bungalows with communal and care facilities and 9 houses. Formation of associated parking, highway improvements and a pedestrian link between Station Terrace and Granville Road" (Resubmission) to Dorset Council, Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, BH21 1AJ. Any owner* of the land or tenant* who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
