NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: 664-666, Christchurch Road Fronting Haviland Road, Boscombe Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 6BT. Take notice that application is being made by: CJ Lee and Sons (Damerham) Ltd. For planning permission to: Erect a 1 bed dwelling house with parking to Bournemouth Borough Council, Planning and Transport, Town Hall Annexe, St. Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days ofthe date of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
