(Hurn Court Lane) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles and Revocation of One Way Traffic) Order 2020
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 26 January 2021. The Order comes Into operation on 8 February 2021 as detailed below.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 26 January 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

This order will become effective on 8 February 2021.
