Order 1995 Notice under Articles 6 and 9(1)
Proposed development at Land to the west of Stony Lane and north of Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1EX.
I give notice that Simons Developments Limited, Beagle Technology Group Limited and Optimisation Developments Limited having applied to Christchurch Borough Council to demolish the existing buildings and structures and redevelopment to provide a new food store (Use Class A1) and 2 no. new retail units (with flexible planning permission for Class A1 and Class A2 use) with associated undercroft and surface car parking, servicing, pedestrian access (including new link to Bridge Street) and vehicular access (including associated highway works), landscaping and boundary treatments is appealing to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government against the decision of the Council.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to The Planning Inspectorate at Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN by 1st October 2014.
