TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Chrlstchurch and Poole Council In exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT AND WHERE:
- Queens Road, closed to all vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time, from Its junction with Surrey Road to its junction with Queens Gardens
- Suspension of one-way traffic only, to allow for two-way traffic, on Queens Road from Its Junction with Surrey Road to Its Junction with Branksome Wood Road
WHEN: 19th October 2020 until 6th November 2020
WHY: Gas Main Replacement Works by SGN ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained and access to properties will remain depending on site safely.
DIVERSION:
- Westbound Traffic via: Branksome Wood Road and Surrey Road
- Eastbound Traffic via: Branksome Wood Road, Bourne Avenue, Avenue Road and Poole Hill

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be In effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
