(Parking Regulation & On-Street Parking Places) (Bournemouth and Christchurch) Consolidation Order 2019 (Variation No. 6) Order 2020
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 15 September 2020. The Order comes into operation on
21 September 2020, as detailed in the Schedule.
From 18 September 2020 a copy of this Notice, a copy of the Order, maps illustrating the proposals, the reasons for the proposals and a copy of the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: www.bournemouth.gov.uk/highwayconsultations. These documents may also be requested by emailing: email@example.com or writing to: The Traffic Management Team, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA, quoting Ref: P6 2020.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 15 September 2020, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The parking restrictions on the following roads are due to be implemented as advertised and consulted on by means of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Verulam Place)
Experimental Order (No. 1) 2019 between 5 April 2019 and 14 October 2019: Verulam Place, Yelverton Road
This order will become effective on
21 September 2020.
