Proposed development at the rear of 31, Station Road, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 1DF I give notice that Mr. Rodney Hartle is applying to the Dorset Council for planning permission to change the use from storage to a single dwelling (Use Class C3) Any owner of the land who wishes to make representation about this application, should write to the Council at South Walks House, South Walks, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ by 27th November 2019. Statement of owners rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
