LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Natasha Clelia Hawa has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Champions Bar, 89-91 Charminster Road, Bournemouth BH8 8UH. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, regulated entertainment (films, live and recorded music and performances of dance) and the provision of late night refreshment from 09:00 until 01:00 Sundays to Thursdays and until 02:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays and on specified other days. Note that the licence would be subject to a condition that the existing licence for the first floor of the premises (which has the same hours and activities) be surrendered. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 14th November 2019.
