LLOYD The Reverend Canon Elizabeth Jane LLoyd (née Naylor) Jane died peacefully at home on Monday 12th April 2021. A much loved wife, mum, grannie, and friend to many, she will be greatly missed. Jane dedicated her life and ministry to the support of others, in particular at Poole Hospital as their Chaplain and staff governor. A private family funeral service will take place shortly, followed by a Memorial Service at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Wimborne Road, Poole on Friday 25th June at 2pm. No flowers please at Jane's request, but donations in her memory for Lewis - Manning Hospice or Poole Africa Link may be sent to the Funeral Director, Chester Pearce Funeral Service, 14, Neighbourhood Centre, Culliford Crescent, Poole, BH17 9DW. I was saddened to learn of the untimely death of Rev Canon Elizabeth Lloyd as I will never forget the kindness she showed to my late father whilst he was dying in Poole hospital and she held his hand and spoke so calmly to him. Rev Canon Lloyd showed great kindness to me and my late mother and after my father died she came back and gave my father a blessing and a kiss on the cheek which I thought was lovely. I’m so very sorry to hear of the passing of Jane, even was a wonderful lady and helped us with so much support when my babies were in the special care baby unit at Poole hospital and became a friend. Jane was with me when my son died and christened my other son too. I’m feeling so sad, god bless Jane. Sue Lee and son Shaun xx

So sorry to hear such sad news.
Jane was such a beautiful person inside and out.
She will be sadly missed by myself and anyone that came into contact with her.
Always laughing, always jolly.
A heart of gold and a blessing to have known her.
