MIDDLETON née Gale Patricia Evelyn Known as Pat Passed away peacefully at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital 6th January 2020. She will be sadly missed son Andy, daughter Tracey, their partners Kate and Steve, Grandchildren Ben, Chloe, Bradley, Esther and all who knew her. Service is to take place at Bournemouth Crematorium Thursday 16th January 2020 at 2:15pm, all welcome. Family flowers only, but donations, if so desired, to the Lewy Body Society.
