SMITH Karen Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, from Motor Neurone Disease in the Royal Bournemouth Hospital on 27 October 2019. Wife of Colin and mother to Nicola and Paul. Much loved by all her family and close friends. Karen worked in a Doctor's surgery for a number of years and loved her job very much. Funeral service will be held at Bournemouth Crematorium on Monday 18 November at 11:15am. No flowers.
