MOORE Jim Passed away peacefully at Poole Hospital. Sadly missed by his much loved wife Janet and sister Janet. Much loved father of Lorraine and Martin. Beloved grandfather of Christopher, Emma and Abigail. Great-grandfather of Liam and Jack. He will greatly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at St Hubert's Church on Tuesday 18th December at 11:30am.
