CLEMENTS Edward George 'Ted' Passed away peacefully at Oakdene Nursing Home on 17th September 2018, aged 90 years. Loving Husband of Joan, dearly loved Dad of Heather and Carole, much missed Father in Law to Rob and Simon, Much loved Grandad to Paul, Rachel and Sam and Great Grandad to Chloe, Bella and Alfie. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Thursday, 4th October at 2 pm. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired for Children With Cancer UK.
