KILMINSTER Conchita Connie Sadly passed away on the 11th of July aged 75 years. Connie will be sadly missed by her family and friends and always kept safe in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Funeral service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Friday 27th of July at 4.00pm. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, in memory of Connie can be made payable to Lewis Manning Hospice and donated at the service.
